What is Ban Mian?
It's a noodle-in-a-soup dish that was originated from China. A typical dish consists of noodles, vegetable, meat (mainly pork) and egg. However, there are variations to this dish by adding extra ingredients such as seafood, dumpling and etc. There's also an option of eating it dry (without soup) or changing the type of noodles.
